Helpful answers

Questions for your Pensacola optometrist

Helpful answers about choosing an optometrist, preparing for your visit, and understanding the care available at StarVision.

How often should I see an optometrist?

There is no single schedule for every patient. Your recommended interval depends on age, prescription, symptoms, medical conditions, family history, contact-lens use, and previous findings. Dr. Rostankovski can recommend a schedule after reviewing your risk factors.

Is a contact lens exam different from a regular eye exam?

Yes. A contact lens prescription requires additional measurements and evaluation of how the lenses fit and perform on your eyes. A glasses prescription alone is not a contact lens prescription.

Can I schedule an eye exam on Saturday?

Yes. Saturday appointments are available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Availability varies, so request a time online or call the office.

Where is StarVision Optometry located?

Our office is at 5100 N 9th Ave, Suite A101, inside Visionworks at Cordova Mall in Pensacola, Florida 32504. Visit our contact page for details.
